Otis 142BO selective positioning tools are designed to selectively shift the inner sleeve of a sliding side door circulating device into the down position only.

Flopetrol Stretch Simulators are designed to compensate for insufficient stretch or elasticity of the wireline (for example, at or near the surface).

A wireline cutter is required when a slickline or braided wireline must be cut in the well. The Flopetrol cutter is attached over the wire, dropped from surface, cutting the wire and retrieving the wire and cutter.

The Flopetrol self-releasing overshot is used to fish wireline tools that have no fishing neck, as well as damaged wireline tools and sucker rods that cannot be fished using conventional tools.

The Flopetrol self-releasing spear is used to fish a wireline tool with a damaged fi shing neck, or a cylindrical tool without any internal fishing neck.

Upstroke jars are used for jarring upwards during wireline pulling operations.

Merla HDTMP series positioning tools are used to install or retrieve 1” OD gas lift valves into Merla TMP and TMPD types of side pocket mandrels.

Merla HDTP series positioning tools are used to install or retrieve 1 1/2” OD valves into Merla TGPD and TGD types of side pocket mandrels.

To complement the HDTP and HDTMP series gas lift mandrels, Merla developed the HDTP and HDTMP positioning tools to make wireline work more efficient, particularly in deviated wells.
