Shock Absorbers

The Hunting Shock Absorber is designed to dampen impact shock loads that can occur during wireline deployment and prevent damage to sensitive instrumentation being run on the tool string.

The shock absorber uses a simple 2 spring adaptation to balance the tool weight below and dampen upwards motion against the upper spring.

Supplied with customer specified connections and fish neck.
