2030 Subsea Technologies Operating Segment Financial Targets
Subsea Revenue Target Upgrade
- As part of a larger revenue pivot and stronger contribution from the Subsea Technologies operating segment, the 2030 Subsea product group revenue targets have been raised from $250 million (announced at the 2023 Capital Markets Day) to c.$470 million per annum.
Platform Strength and Acquisition Growth
- This comprises $320 million per annum from Hunting’s core platform and targets a strong upside contribution from the OOR business unit, in addition to $150 million of revenue from acquisition-related growth by the end of the decade.
Favourable Market and Organic Growth
- These revised targets reflect both the strong outlook for the offshore/subsea sub-sector of the oil and gas industry and the organic growth expectations from the five business units comprising the operating segment.

Jim Johnson
Jim has been with Hunting for 33 years and has held senior management positions within Hunting since 1992. Jim was appointed to the Board as Director and Chief Executive of the Company in 2017.

Bruce Ferguson
Bruce has been with Hunting for 31 years and has held various senior financial and operational positions with the Group. Bruce was appointed to the Board as Director and Finance Director in 2020.

Dane Tipton
Dane was appointed as President and Managing Director of Subsea Technology operating in segment in 2012. From 1996, Dane has held numerous positions within engineering, operations and sales.

Mark Stokes
Mark Stokes is the General Manager for the recently acquired business Flexible Engineered Solutions Holdings (FES) which now forms part of Hunting’s Subsea Technologies Group. A chartered engineer with the IMechE and over 25 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Having previously worked for Strohm BV, Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas in various roles. Passionate about providing innovative solutions to the industry and focussed on growing FES within Hunting’s Subsea Technologies Group.

Chris Venske
Chris joined Hunting as a qualified engineer with a passion for innovative solutions to create value for the upstream industry. focusing on advancing large-scale enhanced oil recovery projects and sustainable solutions in new and emerging markets.
