Depending on the type of material on the tubing well, cutting ability will vary.
Broaching tools are usually supplied with a set of cutting mandrels, sized from the restricted ID to the required ID.
A conventional diamond backed broach comprises of a solid bar inner mandrel complete with center bore and lateral ports for fluid by-pass, a bottom sub and a diamond cut broaching mandrel.
The tools are available with customer specified connections and fish neck.
