The design delivers a system that minimizes frictional tool string drag, minimizes roller contact and self aligns during deployment.
Roller contact is important whilst running in plastic and ceramic coated tubing strings as damage to these coatings can often result in accelerated tubing corrosion.
The system offers flexibility and adaptability over other roller systems with easily interchangeable roller sizes and a variety of roller sizes for each chassis.
Hunting Slickline VariBall™ Rollers are available in all common industry toolstring sizes and are manufactured with either sucker rod or integral quick connections as per customer requirements.
