Hunting Titan Ranked No. 1 Preferred Supplier for Second Consecutive Year

Hunting Titan earned the No. 1 preferred-supplier ranking for both shaped charges and perforating guns in the North American land market for the second consecutive year, according to the 2026 Perforating Supplier Performance Report from Kimberlite Oilfield Research, a Darcy Partners company.

The survey draws on the views of industry professionals representing major operators, national oil companies, independent operators and consultants. In the North American land market, 51% of shaped-charge specifiers and 37% of perforating-gun specifiers named Hunting Titan as their preferred supplier. According to the report, Hunting Titan's No. 1 ranking comes in what Kimberlite describes as a highly competitive market for perforating guns and shaped charges in North America.

Hunting Titan's shaped-charge preference rating increased from 42% in 2025 to 51% in 2026, while its perforating-gun rating rose from 30% to 37%. Both ratings have increased annually since 2024, from 32% for shaped charges and 18% for perforating guns.

Kimberlite's 2026 rankings are based on 209 interviews conducted from June through August 2026. The report's broader trend analysis draws on 2,715 interviews and more than 57,000 supplier-performance ratings collected between 2017 and 2026.

In its results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, Hunting reported market-share gains in North America for its Perforating Systems product group.
