Nigel Richardson to succeed Peter Lilley as Managing Director at Gibson Shipbrokers

Dennis Proctor, Hunting PLC's Chief Executive, announced today that Nigel Richardson will become the new managing director at Gibson Shipbrokers when Peter Lilley retires at the end of 2007.

Dennis Proctor said "Gibson is a very important part of Hunting's business. Nigel Richardson's appointment to succeed Peter Lilley as managing director will continue the company's future development."

Nigel Richardson has over 30 years experience in shipbroking and has spent 25 years with Gibson. He has been a director of the company for 15 years, with key responsibility for a dedicated team of shipbrokers, covering the clean and dirty petroleum products' markets.

John Hale, Gibson's current director of crude oil tankers, will be appointed Deputy Managing Director.
